  Our weight loss programme has been specifically created to incorporate our onsite restaurant’s award-winning organic, vegan cuisine. Our ALIVE! chefs will prepare all of your meals and juices. Your six-night programme will include one gourmet meal to introduce you to our extensive and tasty menu. (Not all healthy food is “rabbit food”!) You’ll then experience a two-course transition diet plus juice fasting before being reintroduced to solid foods for rapid, sustainable weight loss without starvation or feelings of deprivation. Yoga For Life – Mindy Tagliente

5 Days / 4 Nights Retreat

Come and join us, making time to relax, re-juvenate and re-charge in the natural surroundings of this idyllic coconut plantation, just an hour’s drive from Manila.

We will spend 4 days enjoying getting back to nature, de-stressing and enjoying food fit for the Gods.. You won’t even realize you are de-toxing!

And for those of you interested in the “intoxicating” part of the detox programme, you can sit by the pool and indulge in a cheeky cocktail / glass of Champers or two. After all, it’s all about balance and we certainly believe in that at Yoga for Life. (There’s always the lymphatic drainage massage for afterwards!)

ACTIVITY PROGRAMME

Yoga For Life will be holding morning classes of Yang Yoga, incorporating a dynamic “wake-up” de-toxifying practice, combined with Pranayama (breathing techniques) for all levels. Evening Yin Yoga classes will be of a more relaxed nature and will incorporate some meditation and visualisations, making it easier for those who think they can’t meditate.

You are also free to attend any of the other activities organized by The Farm, such as aqua aerobics, circuit training, power walks and hikes around the plantation.

DINING

Indulge in some of the best food we have tasted to date and that’s no exaggeration. All food is grown organically on the grounds of the retreat and is de-hydrated to retain its maximum goodness, creating a culinary delight and moreover, making life very easy for your digestive system. The exquisite tastes and textures that tantalize the tastebuds are served in no less than 5 courses, ensuring that you never feel hungry. “Raw” and “Vegan” have never tasted better.
