PREPARE FOR REJUVE & RECOVERY PROGRAMS

In preparation for any of our programs, we recommend that for a period of five days before your arrival your diet be principally of lighter foods consisting preferably of raw foods (salads and fruits), and avoiding animal protein (animal flesh, dairy products, eggs) and fatty foods, using oils and condiments in moderation. The preparation would help you condition yourself for the transition into the detoxification process.

CLIMATE
The climate of the Philippines is tropical.  Temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year. The seasons consist of two periods: a wet (rainy) period due to monsoon activity, and a dry period. The dry season generally begins in December and ends in May, the first three months being cool (December through February) and the second three (March through May) being hot. The rest of the year (June through November) is considered the wet season, which some guests feel offers special support for better results in the detoxification process.

During the hot part of the dry season, the temperature can rise to 100 degree F (38 degrees C), but excessive heat is rare or prolonged. The heat increases from January till the end of May, and then decreases toward December. The average yearly temperature is 27.9 degree C.

WHAT TO BRING
The resort offers a relaxed atmosphere in an elegant setting. The dress code is resort casual wear for all facilities. We recommend including personal clothing items for your preferred activities (yoga, fitness, swimming, etc.) and a hat for protection from the sun. A wrist watch is recommended for punctuality in attending your scheduled activities, particularly for the medical programs. Footwear is mandatory throughout the resort, with the exception of the swimming pool areas.

AIRPORT PICKUP
Transportation from Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport and the Metro Manila area to and from the resort is available by private vehicle upon request.

If you are arriving by air at the international terminal (Terminal 1) and have arranged for our transportation service, from the passenger arrival area of the terminal proceed to the Mandarin Oriental hotel airport lounge. The lounge is located across the vehicle lane upon exiting the passenger arrival area of the terminal.

If you are arriving by air at the domestic terminal (Centennial Airport Terminal 2) our representative will greet you at the exit of the terminal in the designated Greeters Area.

At any time, you may request assistance for transportation or any other by calling the following numbers:
02-884-8074 (as to be dialed within the Philippines)
