The Farm is a centre for holistic healing and wellness where people balance their mind, body and spirit with nourishing live foods in an eco- friendly place.The Farm is a healing journey, a “must have” in every individual’s life at least once a year. This personal journey is needed for recharging one’s mental, physical, and spiritual state. It is the sole sanctuary of its kind in the Philippines and one of the best in the world.The Farm is a life-changing retreat that enables its guests to cope with the ever-increasing stress-filled challenges of everyday life through a well-managed and tailored wellness programs for restoration of balance and harmony by encouraging a commitment to a proactive healthy lifestyle.

Our vision is to establish a unique healing centre in a new dimension offering a personal journey with a total holistic approach to rejuvenation of the mind, body, and soul in an idyllic setting. To address individual requirements and administer its wide-array of wellness packages and customized detox treatment programs.

Detoxification

Most of the modern-day diseases (digestive disorders, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, chronic degenerative diseases such as arthritis) have their origin in the accumulation of toxins in our bodies. Toxins weaken our immune system or the body’s way of warding off diseases. Toxins come from environmental pollution, cigarette smoking, food preservatives, repeated use of cooking oil, strained relations, stress, and a whole lot more.The Farm offers Prevention and Recovery Retreat programs that focus on medically guided detoxification as a way to jump start the body cleansing process. Psycho-emotional detoxification is an integral part of this cleansing program. For those with more serious health conditions, The Farm medical staff will design a Recovery Retreat program tailored to your individual specific health needs.

Healing & Medicine

Deficiencies and congestion are the root cause of all physical, mental and emotional dysfunctions. Deficiencies prevent the body from operating optimally and sustaining proper function. Blockages impede the body from eliminating substances toxic and damaging to it. The elimination of deficiencies and blockages at the physical, mental and emotional level restores absolute health.Only recently has the medical profession begun to acknowledge that any particular organ is a part of a system, which affects all other functions of the entire human body. Here at The Farm we do not limit these functions to the physical aspect alone. We see ourselves as spiritual, mental and emotional beings as much as we are physical beings. It cannot be denied that emotional strain and stress can affect our health. Often times, tumors, chest pains, or other symptoms manifest partly because of suppressed negative sentiments. Healing can only occur if problems at all levels have been unearthed and addressed.

Awareness is the first step in addressing our health problems. It is good to know that many people are becoming more and more health conscious. The Farm is committed to educating our guests in the ways of proper nutrition and lifestyle. It is not mere information that we provide our guests; we make sure that health principles are inculcated in each of them by letting them experience what we teach. My daughter who is a journalist in Australia encourage me to visit this beautiful place in my Country, The Farm at San Benito. Everyday of my stay there was perfect, the staff, the food, the peaceful environment. I met this magnificent doctor sig, who listened to all my concerns, he even invited me to visit his clinic in quezon city. he does reiki and acupuncture in his clinic too. then, i had my colema with emee, she’s very gentle. i was scared at first but she made me feel so relax. i will definitely visit this place again. i am looking forward to stay in their new rooms, i thinks it’s already finished by now. thank you The Farm, i will surely come back.

I had done thorough research on The Farm, and actually kind of liked that it did not appear to be “over” travelled. I got the sense that this would not be touristy in feel, and was very pleased to confirm this.
